The hotel had very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed the clean rooms and good Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, close to a small shopping mall and within walking distance to the Vatican museums. The staff provided a map and gave us great advice on traveling around this city.

The location of this hotel is really convenient, with many major tourist attractions within walking distance. In particular, the Vatican is just a short walk away. The staff here are really friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained and have a great bathroom. Plus, I loved having a little balcony to enjoy the views, even though it didn't have direct sunlight. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy hotel. The location was perfect, as it was relatively close to a metro station and in walking distance to Saint Peter's Square. I loved the fact that it was also close to a small shopping mall, which was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and gave helpful advice for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. a great place to stay!
The thin walls between rooms were a bit of an issue, as I could occasionally hear the people in the next rooms.
